2. Client Accounts & Access
Upon purchase, you will be given access to your website admin panel (or editor role depending on the package). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Gaintheme is not liable for any unauthorized access due to your negligence.
3. Acceptable Use
By using our service, you agree to:
- Use the website only for lawful and legitimate purposes
- Avoid using the website for spam, illegal content, or malware distribution
- Not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the website to third parties without our permission
4. Theme Licensing & Third-Party Assets
All themes and visual elements are used in accordance with the licensing terms from their original providers (e.g., Envato Elements). We do not resell licenses. If your project requires premium assets (such as paid plugins), you may be asked to purchase a separate license.
