Gaintheme provides a complete website development service, which includes:
- Theme installation from officially licensed providers (such as Envato Elements)
- Content and design setup based on demo previews or the client’s business needs
- Domain, hosting, and other technical configurations
We do not sell theme licenses separately. All assets are used in accordance with commercial use rights granted by the original providers.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All themes and visual assets are used based on licenses acquired directly by Gaintheme or the client through official platforms (e.g., Envato Elements).
Any third-party content or assets remain the property of their respective owners. Gaintheme does not claim ownership of such materials.
3. No Guarantees
While we strive to deliver the best possible service:
- We do not guarantee a 100% identical result to the original demo due to third-party license limitations
- We are not responsible for any changes in licenses, policies, or access rights made by external providers
- Website performance depends on server conditions, software compatibility, and other external factors
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing lawful content and materials that do not infringe any copyrights
- Acquiring any additional licenses if needed (e.g., for premium plugins)
- Ensuring the website is used in compliance with applicable laws
5. Service Modifications
Gaintheme reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its services at any time, with or without prior notice.
